Activity overview
To welcome everyone back to 2026 we will have a game of minigolf at the outdoor 18 hole Mini Golf Course.

$10.00 per person payable to the venue

SUPERVISION & ATTENDANCE

Who may attend (youth/adults)
all cubs, parents/guardians and siblings are welcome to attend.

Adult screening requirements
(WWCC, Police Check, membership registration)
All adult participants must be registered members of 3rd Orange Scout Group and must have a current WWCC, police check and have completed all mandatory training.

Age-specific supervision requirements
Cubs may attend unaccompanied, but a parent/guardian must attend with any siblings.

Participants are required to remain at the venue for the duration of the event.


HEALTH, SAFETY & HYGIENE

Health expectations (e.g. illness exclusions)
Participants should not attend if they are unwell or showing symptoms of illness.

Participants may be sent home if they become unwell during the event.


BEHAVIOUR & PARTICIPATION EXPECTATIONS

Behaviour standards
This event will be using the patrol system and buddy system. Participants are required to stay with the group, with the exception of needing to use the amentiies, in this situation, they must go with a buddy and ensure that the patrol leader is aware of their whereabouts.

All participants are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully at all times, in accordance with the Scouts Code of Conduct, the Scout Promise and Law, and relevant federal and state laws.

Participants may be sent home in the case of non-compliance with the expected standards of behavior.


EQUIPMENT & CLOTHING

Participants must bring
Wear full uniform including beige/navy pants, section shirt, scarf and hat. Wear sunscreen and bring a water bottle. Bring a jumper or raincoat if necessary.

Participants must NOT bring
Responsibility for personal items is the sole responsibility of the participant and/or their parent/guardian. Under no circumstances will Leaders be responsible for safe keeping, loss or damage to items.


ACCOMMODATION & LOGISTICS

Arrival and departure instructions
Participants must be accompanied into the venue by their parent/guardian and must not be left until they have been marked present by the activity co-ordinator. At the conclusion of the event participants must be collected by a parent/guardian from the venue.


WITHDRAWAL & REFUND POLICY

Please advise the activity co-ordinator if you are unable to attend on the day, if you are aware of this before the event day, please withdraw from this event by using the withdraw feature.
