Activity overview
Vertical games such as aerial sock wrestling, cave ladder, and crate stacking in the hall.

SUPERVISION & ATTENDANCE
Who may attend (youth/adults)
Who may attend: All scouts, any scout age friends or siblings if registered as a trial member and a permission form is completed by parent/ guardian.
(WWCC, Police Check, membership registration)
All adult participants must be registered members of 3rd Orange Scout Group and must have a current WWCC, police check and have completed all mandatory training.
Age-specific supervision requirements: Scouts can attend unaccompanied
Participants are to remain at the venue until they are collected by a parent/guardian.
HEALTH, SAFETY & HYGIENE
Participants should not attend if they are unwell or showing symptoms of illness.
Participants may be sent home if they become unwell during the event.
BEHAVIOUR & PARTICIPATION EXPECTATIONS
Behaviour standards
All participants are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully at all times and follow the directions of the activity coordinator, in accordance with the Scouts Code of Conduct, the Scout Promise and Law, and relevant federal and state laws.
Participants may be sent home in the case of non-compliance with the expected standards of behavior.
EQUIPMENT & CLOTHING
Participants to come dressed in scout uniform, long pants, and with long hair tied back, bring a water bottle, OAS book and Section book.
Responsibility for personal items is the sole responsibility of the participant and/or their parent/guardian. Under no circumstances will Leaders be responsible for safe keeping, loss or damage to items.
ACCOMMODATION & LOGISTICS
Parents/ guardians are to ensure that the leaders are at the hall before leaving their scout/s. At the conclusion of the activity, parents/ guardians will come inside and collect their scout/s.
WITHDRAWAL & REFUND POLICY
Please advise the activity co-ordinator if you are unable to attend on the day, if you are aware of this before the event day, please withdraw from this event by using the withdraw feature.
