TRANSPORT & CONTACT DETAILS
Method of transport to and from the activity
Participants are to provide own transport to the activity, we will meet in the area infront of the the Kmart carpark on Anson St at 9:45am
Wear full uniform including scarf, section shirt, navy or beige pants, clean shoes, preferably school shoes, and an appropriate hat or other headwear.
(2nd Orange navy pants, 3rd Orange beige pants)
Please be aware of the weather and dress appropriatly and bring a water bottle, this may be given to someone who is not marching if you do not want to carry it.
At the conclusion of the march at approximately 11:00, youth may be collected from the assembly point in Robertson Park (look out for the scout flags to identify where we are), older sections are welcome to stay with scouts until the conclusion of the ceremony at approximately 12:00.
3rd Orange has some beige pants in stock in the clothing pool, assorted sizes are available at a small fee. Please contact Caitlin Mackenzie via TEXT message 0490 517 902. Please DO NOT call.

Facilities within the reserve include public amenities, wheel chair access, accessible toilet
Power, water, or facility limitations
Robertson Park contains unfenced water features.

All joeys, cubs, scouts, venturers, rover, leaders and fellowship.
Age-specific supervision requirements
If your child is a joey or cub, please collect your child at the conclusion of the march, you are welcome to remain with us during the ceremony. Scouts & Venturers may stay with scouts, until the conclusion of the ceremony.
HEALTH, SAFETY & HYGIENE
Health expectations (e.g. illness exclusions)
Participants should not attend if they are unwell or showing symptoms of illness.
Participants may be sent home if they become unwell during the event.
BEHAVIOUR & PARTICIPATION EXPECTATIONS
Behaviour standards
Participants are required to stay with the group, with the exception of needing to use the amentiies, in this situation, they must go with a buddy and ensure that their leader is aware of their whereabouts.
All participants are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully at all times, in accordance with the Scouts Code of Conduct, the Scout Promise and Law, and relevant federal and state laws.
Participants may be sent home in the case of non-compliance with the expected standards of behavior.
Participants must NOT bring
This activity requires full and complete uniform, please do not wear shorts or pants that are NOT beige or navy. You must wear your scarf.
Responsibility for personal items is the sole responsibility of the participant and/or their parent/guardian. Under no circumstances will Leaders be responsible for safe keeping, loss or damage to items.
