Fees & Costs – What to Expect

Payment plans can be arranged for all fees.
Scouts NSW Annual Fee
- $300 per youth member, paid directly to Scouts NSW upon registration (after the trial period)
- Covers April– March
- Scouts NSW fees will be adjusted based on when you join
- Eligible Active and Creative Kids vouchers can be applied
Joining Fees
- New Member Fee: $60 (one-off, charged by Scouts NSW at first registration after the trial period)
- Group Joining Fee: $25 (covers scarf and joining badges)
Term Fees (per school term)
These fees support weekly programs, badges, equipment maintenance, and hall expenses.
Camps & Special Activities
Costs for camps, hikes, and special activities vary depending on the event. Full details are always provided in advance.
